To reinforce our Customer Service department for our Licensed brands in Bienne, we are looking for a Customer Service Trainee dedicated on particular projects key for the development and internal reorganization of our activities of customer care. Main projects for this assignment will be following : ° ° ° Optimization of execution processes for samples, spare parts and marketing products Creation of business follow-up dashboards Documentation of existing rules & process These activities will be managed under the coordination of the Customer Service Department Director. You are fluent in French and English and proficient in MS Office in particular Excel. You are precise in your work, autonomous, accountable and at ease in communication.
